The SRC will be entering student and teacher teams into Bendigo’s Relay for Life, which will be held on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th April. Entry will cost $15 each (which includes a t-shirt). Get your team of 10-15 together now. See Miss Dale for entry forms. |

The SRC and Energy vehicles will be hosting a trivia night next Friday 16th Feb in Wannop Learning community, starting at 7.30pm. Entry is $5 each with all money raised going towards Cancer Council’s Relay For Life. Come along for some fun and a chance to win some great prizes. |

Parents may have seen reports of a new Federal Government web site which provides data on Australian schools. The performance element of this data, the NAPLAN results, are not new – parents will have been receiving these results for their child for several years. However, the way in which data is grouped is different. The new site provides an Index of Community Socio-Educational Advantage (ICSEA), which attempts to identify socio-educationally similar schools across Australia for the purposes of comparing the performance of schools.
