Conduct and Conduct Sessions

Below is a summary of Conduct. View the Conduct and Conduct Sessions video for more information and support.

This displays conduct entries made by teachers in chronological order, beginning with the most recent entry at the top. Every entry adds ‘1’ to the balance of the relevant category and triggers an automatic action at the end of the day. The categories and actions are summarised in the table below.

Conduct balances are used to determine student eligibility to participate in extra curricular activities and events. As explained in the above table, students are given the opportunity to reduce their Negative Conduct category balance with consistently good behaviour.
If parents have any concerns or entries which you would like to discuss they are encouraged to contact the relevant teacher regarding individual conduct entries.

Conduct Sessions displays the sessions which your child has been allocated to as a result of Conduct entries made by teachers and whether they have attended the session. If a student fails to attend a Lunch Session when they are present at school they are automatically allocated to a Second Chance Lunch Session. If they fail to attend a Second Chance Lunch Session while present at school they are automatically allocated to the next After School Session. In each case a SMS is sent to parents.

Would you please pass on our gratitude to the Principal, teachers and support staff at Weeroona College. Thanks to their efforts, Mary has transitioned well into high school and has enjoyed the extra-curricular activities, such as basketball and Concert band. She has also achieved well academically and enjoyed her first year at your college.
